Processing time refers to the timeframe it takes to prepare your order for shipment.

After your payment is authorized, verified orders will be processed within five business days. However, some orders may ship if as few as a day or two. We will contact you if there is any form of delay.

We ship internationally and would apply all applicable charges according to current shipping rates.

Shipment rates on delivery times

We will endeavor to get your order to you as soon as possible and as appropriate. Once your order is placed, an estimated delivery time will be provided to you. Times are estimates and commence from the initial date of shipment and not the order date.

Delivery times serve as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed, and we are not liable for any delay.

Weather delays and unforeseen circumstances may impact your delivery time unless they are exceptional circumstances. We will strive to ensure that your order is fulfilled.

Please note that business day(s) mean Monday to Friday except for holidays. Orders are not shipped on weekends.

The date of delivery may vary due to courier shipping, practice delivery locations, method of delivery, and the items ordered. We put into consideration these factors when calculating the estimated delivery date and applicable fees.
